Perhaps from your perception, a DSL landed house beside KLCC selling at RM 300k can fulfill your requirement - no need to worry the jam during peak hour, a freehold landed property and AFFORDABLE to more than 80% of people working in KL. But, if you really believe so, perhaps you are still dreaming or hallucinating.
The purpose for me to show the pictures are to show that actually SEH not that really distant away. If you believe jam is an issue, then try to avoid the peak period lah. Perhaps you know a place in KL during peak period is not jam? Then please tell us here and let the developer build some property there at the cost no more than RM 300k, so that everyone is afford and no need to worry the jam issue?

If you don't think SEH is a property to be owned, just leave it.. Go back to your property heaven that don't have problem of jam and affordable to everyone...
