Still haven't signed my LA but already received stamped SPA. Changed lawyer as the SPA lawyer can't 'get along' with HSBC. Sigh...

I bought simply because i like the Township planning and believe in SPS. I am not property taiko, can't foresees when market will crash. Even though everyone say 10 years is the cycle.

The banker initially said the lawyer is their panel; however after few weeks, the banker says the lawyer refuse to agree the renewal of the enpenalment (I don't think this is the correct term, may be TKJ can clarify pls?). Then seek SEH permission to change lawyer lor...

Forgot to mention, another reason of buying SEH, is actually I like the jammed traffic conditions. To me, a jammed area signalling an 'Ong' area.

Yes agree. It happen to my other RHB loan as well. My banker ask me to ignore it as RHB likes to issue this kind of 'scary letter' wor. You can forward it to your lawyer if you are worry.
