BREAKING NEWS ::: Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of S P Setia Bhd today. Datuk Teow Leong Seng also resigned as chief financial officer (CFO), while Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye stepped down as non-independent & non-executive director of the company.

Liew, the Group’s President & Chief Executive Officer, will leave on 30 April 2014 whilst Teow, the Chief Financial Officer will stay on until 31 July 2014. Lee resigns immediately as a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director. However, Lee assured the Board of his willingness to remain as Chairman of the S P Setia Foundation as long as his services are still required.
