How the Malaysian live after MRT line starts in 2017 will change drastically. Due to petrol price, toll collections, jammed traffic, peple will use more public transport like MRT.
Example MRT Kajang Saujana stationwill have 500 parkings, MRT jalan Reko 1200 parking new building. All these MRT stations south of kv will reduce the total traffic on road. We will live more like the Japanese, Hongkies etc.
in summary, we have to change. And price Of houses will still continue to rise.750k is not a miracle!!

Can someone help to list down what is The available drop out unit now? Name of the unit and the price.
Looking around semenyih and kajang area for landed property.
Some of the options ar: Tiara south Country garden Kajang East Kajang2( new launch) Tropicana heights TTDI grove.
Your input on these will help. If spend another 100-150k in Eco hill.

Congrats!! Tiara east is 738k. But keep in mind that is the asking price. Wondering what will be the transaction price. Need to check next two weeks movements at iproperty.
Wondering what is happening to neigbouring cg? Buyer is not very happy, wondering what is the official maintanance cost, & what is the width of the house; 18ft or 20 ft
