those are above 900k units, which is tough to chew by anyone,
Staffs and associates are obviously tkc, which explains the fact that their loan harder to get.
As for shares dropping, would be interested to check.

If I get you correctly, you meant with the slight hilly up and down on the Ecohill land, that should give nice view for the area as well as overlooking outside SEH?

600k, means downpayment is 10%, since rebate is 3% for DIBS cancellation, remaining of 7% to be paid upon S&P as the downpayment.
The 3% is to be paid over the 24 months as interest, which is why it was rebated
