You can have a coffee at kedai mamak at a price of RM 1.20, or at a price of RM 12.00 at the branded eateries. So, are you going to forecast that those branded eateries will bankrupt ("bubble burst") in one day due to overprice?   

Very good.. DSL is for what class of ppl.. rich ppl ah?.. the speculators is banging hard for the middle class to buy . The rich are those flipping and developing.. th9se flippers whi does not have holding power will end in bancruptcy.. that why ppl buy proton and perodua right.. rich ppl oso bought but never stay lehh.. look at high end around you jalan ipoh.. mahkota cherad or even mont kiara.. high occupancy bo.. I m reiteriting the same again ..

The property price increase has already go out of hands.. the property in kv is no longet for investment purposes.. the starting price di hit 500k DSL outskirt.. with flippers intenting to factor 30% .. legal fees stamp duties loan and s&p easily hit amother 20 k all that factored in together with expected flipping profit.. 150k at least make the property market unhealthy.. AFGORDABILITY even barred even middle class ti purchase.. my friend..without flippers the prop may have some room to increase

1.) Perhaps never been to SEH before and assume the distance of SEH to KL is same like to Ipoh, so need 2.5 hours for one way traveling. 

2.) Perhaps with his financial condition, he assume all the middle class earners in Malaysia only can afford a low cost flat in Miharja. 

3.) Perhaps with his sin kah crystal ball, he can know almost all the buyers of SEH are flipper only and the occupancy rate after VP later will be very low, but in fact he never explore the occupancy rate of the housing estates near to SEH. 

4.) Perhaps never been to SEH launching event before, but assume the sales condition is a gimmick and still dreaming it is on ballot basis. 

5.) Perhaps never study the condition of Seri Pajam, Taman Tasik Semenyih etc before, but already make assumption SEH is falling within the same category. 

6.) Perhaps being offered a DSL at a price of 750k before, so assume every buyer will offer that price to him again.

i had seen. and one direct toll interchange at the west before seh2.

seh 1 will connect to eco world via the main raod after the big roundabout to south at 6oclock.

but the link road need to cross a piece of land between seh1 and ecoworld dont know by whom.

if ecoworld and pnb/inp/sp setia become competitor.
seh 2 got problem to develop.

seh 1 will be at their own isolated development.

put money must put at big nig player with good captain

Progressive payment for the interest? Normally is within 3-5 %. For the last phase, 3% rebate against the downpayment is being given upfront. But not sure how it will be later, since the loan will be on "actual price", means after rebate.

If anyone have been chopper ride before, you will notice that there is a river crossing the piece of land that behind the SEH 1, which presumebly should not be a good site for housing development as well. Nevertheless, I also heard there is another issue on acquiring this piece of land as well.
