Ahh u samkps.. property bubble thread u should say sth like this maa.. even you earning 6 k nett together with your wife 6k nett.. 12k nett..dat means salary before Epf 14k.. servicing 750k loan 3.5 k.. 2 cars proton 1.5k.. petrol 1.5 k plus toll.. for 35 years.. assuming bo kids .. maybe this couple will suit this loan..

then again..how many ppl earn dat much or will earning dat much.. bank manager position 1 per branch.. 15k.. undertable.. u guys calculate.. for sales team of any field.. I know u can hit 10k.. but not every month..

lastly how mamy population in msia actually earn dat much.. of course those O&G .. professionals and thosr political links.. how many left.. those qualify.. already join ur guys caravan to flip.. no offence to those who are staying.. the market is tatgeting ppl below the pyramid.. like me.. right... dat y those in TTDI groove kajang.. nadayu 92.. puncak saujana kajang.. jade hills... bandar mahkota section 5.. tan ming.. palm walk 3.. palm walk 2..twin palm.. saujana villa.. westiara lum chang and many more are SOLD but vacant.. still so many areas not listed not even 1 HIGH RISE invluded

He is staying in Miharja, not even Maluri. Miharja Ph 1 = low cost flat, Ph 2 = low medium cost apt. So you can imagine the difference in environment when comparing to SEH. sweat.gif

The main issue is AFFORDABILITy.. to setvice the loan.. the distance is a mere supplementary cause.. how many ppl actuall below the pyramid actually exhibit these ability to loan.. even u selling at lower orice.. the petrol toll will add up to the same ..

I m not investing owning a property for me and my family is enough.. but definately not overpriced flipping..

aiyo those staying.. there dun so emo it was nevet to target those who stay.. those staying will make sure lian is service rathet than default.. those flipping..

Typical DSL house in Batu 11 Cheras area almost hitting 1 mil now, so those area also nobody stay kah? Those area jam is because the cars coming from Seremban or Melaka kah? tongue.gif tongue.gif

Ok so u r not investing any property at tis moment. Can I say from your standpoint. Not only Eco hill not worth for invest. Other places oso same. Better dun invest in property coz overprice. If yes , any others investment tools?
