brushing too hard when brushing your teeth can cause your gums to bleed either from trauma or from the bristles cutting the gum. that can cause ulsers.
ulsers can bleed, the surface is thin and tender, doesnt take much to cause bleeding.
if its an ulcer, gargle with an antibacterial anti septic gargle like difflam-C, it will help with pain and aid in recovery, vitamin B complex will also help with recovery. make sure to drink enough water.
someone translate what nanah is in english.

Getting Started

|
If it is ulcer your resistance is low so some infection occurs. Maybe a small tear there and of course the mouth is always full of bacteria so got infected. It will go away once your health improves.
If it is nanah under your gums you better go to dental surgeon ASAP. My aunt had gum disease where all her teeth kena extracted by age 28. No teeth at all.She had this extreme pain and nanah at the roots of her teeth.Really really painful and gross and smelly. Please go to your dental hygienist NOW.

Somebody said your blood not clean. Then it would have to do with your diet. Also make sure you drink lots and lots of purified water, not sugary drinks or whatever Tongkat Ali/Kacip Fatimah/ginseng... hahaha. But at the same time, quickly go and see a doctor.
