vinegar will neutralize/soften watermark/dirt/mineral deposits.

wash > clay > vinegar > polish (if serious watermarks, even more serious = compounding > polish) > LSP (last step protection - wax/sealant/coating etc)

if willing to spend/scare die, replace vinegar with dedicated products such as meguiar's waterspot remover

you're basically just polishing (thinning, mind you) the windscreen surface.

if remove already no need la... just keep the car clean (eg: weekly wash) and you shouldn't be getting watermarks again

haha i actually tried to control my right foot during my "long distance trial run" (went makan day trip KL > muar  > melaka > KL) and gotten 13.2 km/l solely on highway, while after added muar town driving it drops to ~12.7 km/l http://twitpic.com/dsn5qa
