Hiring someone to write a formal letter in Malay, Someone who has somewhat mastered BM

I need someone to write a formal application letter form in BM that is powerful and very persuasive. I'm currently in my final year of high school(form 5) and I believe I have been wrongfully placed in one of the bottom classes due to the quota system(students are assigned to classes according to race). I need a letter of 100-160 words that hopefully can convince the people in charge to bring me up a class or two. (Being in the few top classes has its benefits) Please PM me if you are interested so I can reply with more detailed input of what you can write in the letter. Thank you. I'll be happily paying up to RM20 via bank in/mobile credit or any other form of payment method agreed upon to the first person who can help me. Thank you  |
