Recently this year, Batman: Arkham Origins was released and the story is the prequel to the great Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. However, I personally felt disappointed by the Origins game due to its lack of innovative ideas and just a shallow of Arkham City.

Anyway, just put in your thoughts. Do you like Batman: Arkham Origins? Was it good or bad? Do you think the Batman: Arkham franchise should stop? Feel free to leave your comment and opinions here smile.gif

Na-na-na-na-na-Batman.

Story wise, it's really not that bad.

But there was no significant changes from Arkham City. It is rather a imitation of City.

Johnny82: Dun worry, take your time. I even had a time during Batman: Arkham Asylum. Maybe you are still new to the Batman: Arkham franchise

kwbaka: There were definitely changes from Asylum to City. But not much changes between City and Origins.

But The Joker story in Origins is quite okay.

Shark7: Yup, I personally definitely love the Deathstroke boss fight. It's like watching a live-animation movie during that part.

Not to mention Electrocutioner too smile.gif

Electrocutioner was the stupidest boss fight ever

I enjoy deathstroke, bane( both of it), the villain that looks like flies

Anarky, joker, the muscle girl,1st boss(looks like a lizard) is bit boring.. I didnt fight with ninja girl and sniper

My only complain bout this game is map is too big for batman..that damn long bridge is just..no shortcut makes it worse

But i agree with u it does feel bit boring..looks like arkham city dlc..but its still a great game

Haha the Electrocutioner boss fight was funny, like in your face. Really didn't see that coming.

The rest of the boss fight is like the previous Asylum and City, not much changes.

Ya, I don't know how many times do I need to cross the bridge, just give us a Batmobile to drive already.

Yup, totally agree, I would give it a 7/10. Good but bit disappointing.

Yup, agree. Plus the score for that boss fight is so epic. Felt bad-ass for a moment as Batman tongue.gif

Yeah I liked the game it's a good game.. Arkham city was absolutely amazing and arkham asylum was also amazing. Origins follows too closely arkham city without stepping out of line it has a good story and nice elements nothing too spectacular compared to arkham city and the easter eggs and hints are not as comic friendly and rich and interesting as previous games. the difference is that origins is produced by WB games not Rocksteady like the first two.

I cannot wait for Arkham Knight as it made by rocksteady again! I love the Arkham Series one of my all time favorites

Totally agree with you, playing Origins simply felt like playing City in a winter setting. However, I think the story is just so-so as some of the plot in the story didn't make too much sense in the Arkham timeline.

Count me in too, still 'patiently' waiting for Arkham Knight until June cry.gif

Just playing Origins made me feel like, "I still remember everything from City, and this feels like a third-rate sleepytime".

Couple that with the absolutely unpolished bugs, it becomes absolutely detestable.

Gonna wait for Knight to come and save us rclxms.gif

So true, it felt like playing Arkham City but map bigger than City. Like the graphics in Origins though, got that comic-book like feel.

Warner Bros did mentioned that Origins is a side project in the Arkham franchise because Knight took longer tome to develop than expected.

Yup, way too many glitches and unfixed save system.

Almost every Batman Arkham fans will want to get their hands on Knight, can't wait to face Scarecrow rclxms.gif

The first one was still the best, City expanded the map, but gameplay still very much the same. Origins is just a copy of City. Hopefully, they introduce something new in Knight.

Ya, I have playback all 3 games after completing the first time & I still prefer playing Arkham Asylum mainly because of the visuals and the environment.

Well, Arkham Knight did introduce the Batmobile, fear takedown, and window smash takedown. Plus, even more Riddler challenges biggrin.gif
