Done with service yesterday. RM 131 in Puchong service centre.
Told them about the niggling sound heard in dashboard, first few KM very good. Next few KM all come back. haih...same same...
Best part is when you open the door while the key is still inside, have sound rite? the sound also changed. While reverse sensor also changed sound. Hahaha... but the door are much easier to closed after telling them about it.
The gear are much better to engage in after service as well.
Overall, not bad but nothing great to shout about.
Looking forward for a TT with seniors sekalian to learn about PERSONA.

The part which I enjoice the most is when cruising at speeds 80km/h to 120km/h. The stablility, comfortability, pretty good sound proof and handling.

Zew zew zew?  blink.gif

Mine used to have the wheeeeee sound when turning left or right, standstill or moving. Changed power steering fluid and it went away. Power steering fluid is not so expensive anyway.

it's not about the drive shaft?

go check at SC la to verify. later say drive shaft wrong answer u tew us back how come?
maybe drive shaft, maybe steering fluid, maybe steering rack, maybe nuts holding the steering rack is loose. who knows? too many possibilities.

Depends... You should search via Google about CV joints / drive shaft noise and see if it's similar to what you're experiencing. Why don't you take a look at the drive shaft area and see if the rubber boot for the CV joints is still in one piece? If it is broken chances are it's time to replace the CV joint / drive shaft.

QUOTE
Whenever hard corner/parking,steering angle will be turned to maximum, then the whole drivetrain is stretched to maximum. Damage starts with driveshaft cover, then the driveshaft bearing itself.

i remember sometimes i pull the steering until the steering angle turned to maximum loll my mistake cry.gif sad.gif
maybe next SC will mention to mechanics..
