Backup your iPad settings(backup to iCloud as well especially your contact), upgrade to iOS7, jailbreak with Evasi0n and set it as a new iPad. Of course you will loose your settings(unless you don't really mind) and pick what apps you want to sync back into your iPad after jailbreak. Connect to iCloud to sync your contact back into your iPad as well.
