Guess there is some problem with the iPad 2.I tried to Jb mine and it reboots itself into infinite boot loop,well only happens during the very last step,tried 3 times already still the same no point restoring it and re-Jb the fourth time.Meanwhile,I successfully jbed my dad's one that is iPad 4.Hope there is a fix in the near future.

I guess it's been a while since I last tested it, which was when vlc returned to the appstore.

I think evasion screwed up big time! They should have waited for ios 7.1 which is not far away. Now once Apple fix the security hole in 7.1 we might never get a proper jailbreak for ios 7 anymore.

Or they already saw that coming so they release it early bcoz scared their hole will be patch in 7.1.. Now is best time to jb and hope that cydia will be updated. Or stay in ios6 jb or non jailbreakable ios7 later.

Can I restore my devices with all my apps and setting after jailbreak? Heard that cydia will disappear if do a restore backup.

Well, I'm not recommended to do that.

Better, after restore. Use device as "new device"
To overcome bad setting from previous apps...

Just make sure ur Game Center sync all ur games apps. Working great for me after I restore. Btw not all apps using this function. Even whatsapp using iCloud restore... Hehehe...
