Vamo is good for a start. Now price only 50 i guess. After that if u want to upgrade to other mech mod it can be use as ohm / battery checker.

you can always start with that ego twist. to test out.

if you want more power and would last longer, get that imotion3(it has a good charger). the tank is crap, so buy the vcore2.0 instead. that's 130 for a complete kit. it's big and heavy though. once you start to understand how things work, then you can just go with a mech mod(or just buy more batteries). you can still use the imotion3 for ohm checking and as emergency flashlight  .

i have that thing and i find it indispensable, even though i do own a multimeter.  . i use it in-house mostly(too big to carry around) and it's safe to use with cheap batteries(even have vent hole for any mishaps).
