The price indication is for clone mods. Original mods are 5-6 times higher. Ditto witht he tank.
And yes for 150 you can get caravela and kayfun 3.1 for 100.

I personally have a couple of protanks 2 &3. and very happy with them, you can recoil them and they are bottom coil design.
Wouldn't be able to advise you on Kayfun as I have not used one, but some of my friends would regard it as the pinnacle of tanks.
