Guys, I think the metal plate that makes the ting ting sound within my reel's drag knob is broken.

Any idea on where i can find a replacement plate ?

How is the warranty goes ? I am buying an used unit, buyer told me he hasn't sign the warranty card yet.

So where do I send to if I need to claim warranty ? Kepong Tackle ? coz he bought it in Sarawak ?

I am just wondering if we can introduce Saratoga (Arowana's cousin) into EAK or any fresh water pond in Msia.

I found it to be a way better game fish than Pacu.

what is your take on this ?

yo!! where have you been?
i believe this species are commonly found in papau new guinea

I have been fishing in down under, mostly saltwater or semi-salt water.

Saratoga is a popular freshwater game fish in Queensland state then have Murray Cod.

Now I am trying to get Aus Bass license.

I have seen Arowana farms in Kedah region. This made me think we might have expertise to breed Saratoga for game fishing purposes.

fishing down-under ey?
plenty of black bream i reckon? i remember my fishing heydays while serving time in Perth, chasing squid, mulloways and pink snappers and the tailor runs every winter provides plenty of game in the spring and winter.  thumbup.gif

Bream on super light set up is fun. I caught mostly Jew, Threadfin Salmon and flathead from the bank of Brisbane River.

This is a step at the right direction for local recreational fishing scene. I hope they ban netting and long line fishing and impose bag limit.
