I don't need to proved anything to you or anyone.

and I certainly don't give a shit what you think.

what I do need is figure out how to catch this 4 fish.

bumpnose trevally
atule mate
snubnose pompano
...........
oh what the hell I guess i'll just try to capture any species of carangidae I can.

by the way......float rigs and sabiki rigs are a seriously waste of time and money.
it never one work.....

the phrase " what's really out there " is what i'm gonna  write in today.

I've been fishing teluk batik for years. even though I've caught the same fish species over and over again. it still doesn't change the fact that there is more than meets the eye. think I'm wrong? a month ago I saw a malay uncle pull in a juvenile sickle fish. the most interesting part is when I asked them what did he caught, he said ikan baru!! no shit......its not that you moron have no idea what you just caught. is that you goon never even seen this kind of fish before. what do you moron know other than hey i'm gonna catch me some fish to feed my family of 6 tonight. you sob, one of this day you moron gonna die becoz you ate poisonous fish...... vmad.gif. god's way of punishing human who took more than they should!!  anyway sickle fish, threadfin, goatee croaker, monkfish, flounder.......dude!!! what else do you have living in those water?

that thread fin was caught about 15-20m from me. my casting record using daiwa lexa 100 mounted on a 6 rod, 25lb monoline tied to a 10-15g bullet sinker is 30m. for the record oblong sinker have a higher casting distance..........I think. my point is casting further doesn't always mean that there are more fish there than the area closer to the beach. most of the time you get bubkes. anyway i'm talking about casting up to 30m, what if you can cast beyond that. on a field I can swing 90m max with either daiwa or pinnacle inertia. at the beach however its a whole different story. this is why its still bothers me.....the idea of not knowing what out there, what can you catch when you hit 90m.

hmm.gif

oh by the way......sabiki rig sucks. and bringing another rod along for the trip won't make any different in the amount of fish you caught that day. its a wasted of time and effort.

at my state now, hitting that 90m spot is rather difficult. should have swing for an abu Garcia ambassaduer 7000i instead of daiwa lexa. T.T
multiplier reel are so expensive..........and hard to find. that abu Garcia ambassaduer 5400 cost about 900+ the last I check. T.T so bloody expensive.

this is me trolling : hey look a fish just bit my hook. oooo wow its a "xnet fish".  biggrin.gif
simple coz I can't really tell what they've caught becoz its in their hand waiting for its hook to be removed. so I asked. but it turns out its a stupid idea!  becoz its like trying to ask a dog what time it is! anyway I've only manage to identify the fish when they put it into their cooler box.......dead. wasted.....such a small sickle fish only half of a frying pan's size. they do grow bigger than. the largest I saw was 1 and a half time bigger than a dinner plate. it was on the fishmonger table.......

what you think of that answer so far.
you got or not? biatch!!!

back to the pompano. they don't have teeth.....no! so how the on earth can they swallow those sandfleas, wouldn't it be like swallowing shells eeee.

another annoying schmuck feeding a school of baby pompano T.T with what? oh yeah sandflea

we don't have sandflea in Malaysia isn't? no we have! I've encounter one before at the tanjung bunga beach behind paradise sandy beach hotel. it was clinging to the side of a juvenile javelin grunter.

why can't I go beyond 70ft with my daiwa lexa.

even with 36g sinker, it doesn't increased the distance much.

cheh............

look......its not wrong to buy a large reel. my lexa can cast around 60-70ft. i'm hoping my new multiplier reel can break that record. if that reel wasn't such a pain in the ass to used. I should be expected to cast at least 100yrd. 100yrd is about 300 ft. that's 5 times the distance i'm swinging now.

hmmm I don't think the problem is that the reel itself has no braking system. I think the problem me. I can't really feel the weight of the sinker. penn squall 30 is quite heavy. when I used I cast my lexa even with a small sinker like 10-15 gram, I felt the weight. when I cast I feel the pulling force. with penn squall I don't.

stupid reel. should have settle with the abu.

what? they r rather expensive compare to penn squall

an abu Garcia amb 5600 c4 cost about 600+ If i'm not mistaken.
beside a lot of review said abu drag and gear sucks.
I mean what's the point of paying 600+ for a reel that needed another few hundreds just to keep the swing smooth

this penn squall 30 that I got is rather cheap. probably that's why its so cheap since no one got the nerves to used it.
I mean penn squall 12 the smallest in the series cost 300 only......so what the hell.......the size 30 is like 3 times bigger than the 12, has level wind and its left handed

Went to Jugra instead of rawang because of the cloudy weather.
Bawal galore today. I underestimated its strength. A 500g fish can pull so hard and the fight was a lot longer than expected.

Few months ago went to the aircond Sealion pond also quite nice the bawal fight

Yes - that's the one.
The bawal pond is covered with aircond.
Cant remember how much the fees but the prawn kept overnight seem to be the fav for the Golden Bawals there.
Only stayed for 2 hours and got 3 nice ones - my two buddies got 2 each
