not really sure about the setting up, havent consulted on any travel agency yet... but one thing I do know is the market. Its rather saturated nowadays and with the airlines and hoteliers reaching out directly thru campaigns and even more agressive online push-marketing... its best to tie up with corporate clients to service thier business travel needs.

Used to know one oil and gas consultant company that have to jet their engineers and technicians all over the country regularly, thier travel expenses goes up to tens of thousands each month.
