Hard to say... Just not sure if this also happen with the battery the came with the phone? Did you bought the spare battery from trusted source/shop? If it is a faked battery, then you can't trust the label anymore, it could be lower output than what it claimed. If it is genuine battery, then why not bring both batteries to Samsung and complain?
