once you realize it, you will never get out of it, cause u can use ur own desired dac + amp, which will sound waaay waaay WAAAYYYY better then the headphone jack

my s3 kinda stuck on boot screen after i recharge it. previously, the display kinda freeze when it reached 1%, so i pull out the battery to turn the display off and put it on charge. now when i restart it, its stuck on boot screen...

any idea how to solve the problem?

would flashing a new rom (without wipiing data/factory reset) solve the problem? need to retrieve some files prior to resetting it for clean install.

nope. dont think thats the reason. just use one launcher afterall...

cant turn the phone on. thus cant uninstall the launcher. was using nova and yes, planning to try themer exactly today, after finish recharging the phone... " things happened at the most unfortunate time, i suppose.

Just to add on, I personally see Android OS updates (4.1.2 > 4.4.2) as improvements rather having Samsung to push updates just to discover more and more issues, more things breaking and crashing, making battery life even worse. As Samsung isn't Google nor Apple, their updates don't always work out as good as we expect it to be.

RAM issue is hardware issue, insufficient RAM, then don't use Sammy ROMs, they are RAM hoggers, flash any CM11 ROMS and a custom kernel will make your life much easier.

The S3 is still a pretty nice phone for today's standard. It still belongs to the mid range zone.
