Seems like after update to 4.3 stock rom, the internet data speed very unstable...anyone encounter same case like me?

I m using Samsung S3 and recently auto update to android 4.3

I m having problem running facebook with Chinese language settingh.
when I tap the facebook logo,error connection display.

If I set the language to English,no problem running facebook at all.

before the 4.3 update,no problem at all.

Anyone face with similar problem?

I have tried on  2 units Samsung S3 and both have same issue.

This has been in temasek rom since the beginning of time for kitkat rom. Same for official cm

I report countless times in xda forum but no one cares.

I already figured what are the conditions to trigger the bug.

Notification led will not blink for message that are delayed. Usually whatsapp message arrive within 5 seconds after the sender send. But for whatever reason if it takes longer than that, the notification led will not blink on s3 aosp rom.

Manage to replicate this every single time. Get a test phone. Send a whatsapp to yourself. Led blink. Off Wifi on test phone and quickly send message to yourself. Message will delay due to test phone trying to connect to mobile network after lost Wifi connection. Causing a delay in message sending. So your phone will not blink the led.

Doesn't matter if you use stock app led setting or the rom led customization settings. Happens on temasek and cm rooms. Never verified it on Omni rom since I don't like empty  Omni rom.

Doesn't matter if u use whatsapp or whatsapp+.  Both behave the same.

i listen music using Bluetooth speaker.

it sucks that phone is tied to the speaker and no freedom.
get a message wana reply also difficult with all the wires.

i like the freedom of using my phone when the music is playing.

its not the receiver side problem. is the sender side.
actually not all our message are sent instantly. sometimes delay can happen anywhere between 1-30 seconds. its normal.

I never use slimkat for long duration before.
If you free u flash it and see the led for whatsapp ok or not.
I think most likely they behave the same. Since cm11 also like that.

But if you have time try it for few days. Let me know if it solve the led issue.

You can always restore your nandroid backup.
Why keep update? Waste time and bandwidth only.

All version same without any huge value added feature
Temasek rom already saturate with features already. Many which I never use also.

yeah.. i just try Revolution S5 Rom ( 4.3 sammy based ) since yesterday.

but ... overall i think. best sammy rom still cannot achieve the Temasek level of smoothness n feel n customization n feature

temasek is good, but too noob for it.

No such thing yo. I am heavy waze user.
I use boeffla kernel. But governator set to Pegasus q

If u use zzmove governator, it will keep cpu usage very high during waze. So I jz use the default governator.
