This may be the stupid question, but I just can't find any setting in the phone.

How do I temporary disable all notifications or the notification sound (like Facebook, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, WeChat etc...) while I go to bed? I can then enable it when wake up.

Currently utilizing Blocking mode, but un-tick Block incoming calls (don't want to miss any emergency call). Is there are better and faster way?

Reason to do this: the phone keeps beeping while I am about the sleep is very annoying.
