i received the same error when check out during "black friday" sales, what i understand is that our card was declined by the bank handling uag online transactions. recommend to use paypal for uag, no issue at all. bought an outland and navigator, great quality and build. just got to be patience, it takes about two weeks to arrive after leaving usa.
