With data connection on??  At outdoor??  I have tried indoor and with data on, take less than 30sec to lock down
For more faster connection, under location service, tick the allow wireless connection

You do not need a usb 3.0 cable. 2.0 cable works just fine. What error are you getting?

Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again and I using the CF-Auto-Root-hlte-hltexx-smn9005. Now when power on only, straight stuck in the odin mode. Please help
