hi guys, desperately need sifu's help please!

accidentally deleted whole folder of pictures/videos .. i dont recall deleting them. Now it's gone from the phone..any idea how to get it back ?

er..must be phone? i didnt buy any external sd card to be plugged in

Googled and it seems there's a way of recovering but must root phone.

Anyway can kindly advise me how to do this, or point me to the write google write up to read and follow?

Hi read it. my phone fall into the category where knox will be "tripped" if rooted.

Even if reset total factory settings also cannot reset this knox counter thing ma??

there was this clip from youtube , someone said he used this program "kingo?" and said wont reset the knox one

any idea whether this is applicable...

or just like the #9 post said, as long as its JS515N9005XXUDMJ7 and above ..no matter how also can't one?
