Most of the ROM will come with stock kernel. So far only X-Note and Civato ROM gives you the option of flashing custom kernel. As long as you didn't flash recovery and custom kernel, you knox will be intact with the custom ROM being flashed to your device. If not mistaken, aroma installer will work.

antt00 correct?

You saying that I can't flash CWM, means I flash rom by MOP (mobile odin app)?

I haven't try civz 2.5 and lean 1.8. Still on yank kernel 0.5. If you have time then test it out ba. Pretty solid and stable.

I don't see any significant improvement in battery life. Even in developer option I enable standard limit or limit to 4 apps, multitasking still don't work

As of now, he didn't include an uninstaller. The only way is to restore the nandroid backup if you had did before flashing the script. This is what I did as I backup before flashing because I worried his script might cause issue.

Alternatively, opened up his script and delete those lines that got problems

Yep, will Nandroid backup instead.

Thanks.

Just like Frutty Co.

But doesn't that improves battery life? Plus we are able to disable multitasking (background task) from the dev settings.

My question now is: How do I uninstall Vulpix tongue.gif

Reinstall the ROM should revert back. wink.gif

Most roms come with stock kernel but it's best to read their description in xda or ask in their forum. Don't assume.

Did you make a efs backup? Go to recovery and wipe data aka factory reset again.
