Actually 40% is the recommended level for storing li ion battery. There is no best percentage to start charging. Any level will be good just dun drain the battery totally and dun expose to high heat.

On note 3, I usually charge when the battery level drop to 20-30%

Timeline for my UAG Navigator:
order placed on Dec 26th;
received the tracking code on Dec 29th;
received the stock today (Jan 8th).

Due to the fact that I'm currently in Taiwan (and for whatever reason UAG don't ship to Taiwan), I shipped it to Malaysia, and for now I am separated from my UAG until CNY.

BTW, also received my Nillkin 9h H+ glass SP yesterday and applied it today. Maybe photos and reviews coming up later if necessary
