You cannot be too aggressive and pressure them and scare later they turn up purposely don't want commit to you
And tell you your case is special case and you need to wait at least 6 months minimum to get back your console and sorry they cannot do anything about it instead they might just solved within few days.

Feedback from Luke that need at least minimum 7 days to get feedback,just feedback,that is minimum 7 days,you just able to get feedback after 7 days if you are lucky,might be longer than that,once feedback you still need several weeks to get back your console.

No bro,fyi i sent on 23rd dec 2013 monday reach on 24th dec 2013'tuesday,at friday 27th dec 2013 ,they only open up your console and test ,for my case,he told me my console is working and he is going to send me back my console,i said don't please,the console is really faulty,then finally they found out my console not working,and he only send the console to Rma on 30th dec after one week i sent back my concole,after that he told need to wait at least minumum 7 days for any feedback,just feedback,7 days you got feedback if you are lucky,after feedback,they only decide what to do with your console,from that onwards,you still need several weeks before you got your console,that is the ideal case.and that is no guarentee on whatever at the moment.

I PMed Impulse about how is my PS4 status.And to share with you guys,this is what their reply:



"Firstly I do understand how frustrated you are about the problem you are having with your console

Secondly I would like to apologize about it and explain to you whats the situation

You must understand you are not the only one who is having this problem, I sent about 10 console back to Sony. I'm calling them every 2 days with regards to all the console I sent back.

Please do not use sentence like u expect what from us because its really not up to us to tell you what the timeframe is like and believe me if I am able to give you a timeframe or estimation of the RMA.

And no I cannot promise you a replacement will come by next week anot. but I can promise you I will follow up closely with regards to this

Now I need your help to try to understand the situation and give us some air to breath because recently this issue has really been keeping us very tight

FYI,just now Impulse called me,
He told me he understand my frustration and he will every 2 days follow up the status.He said Sony won't treat them like they are big retailer or whatever,just treat them like normal customer.It won't give them priority just because they are big retailer or whatever.
He just ask me to wait and wait.


I told him I still expect to get back my console by next week.


I thought only Sony Malaysia is not efficient. Somehow,Sony Singapore also isn't better by any means.

I whatapps Luke just now not pbbseller,he told me it will be 1-1 exchange ,he said need to wait stocks arrive before replacement,he said hopefully by this week but need sms from them.not put too much high hope on it

Impulse will send back my console today.luckily luke din't disappoint me,but pbbseller is quite not friendly .i will still stick with impulse for now for the sake of luke.but somehow next time anything wrong or i want buy anything.i will contact bro luke straight away.

Got my console back,so far play for sometime at night.morning power on,still boot up with ps loga,guess my ps4 should be ok already
