If you want a medical approach you better get a referral letter from a GP to see a psychiatrist. Then you could choose whether to go to private practice or government hospital. Mind you, the medications is very expensive. I was diagnosed with panic disorder 3 years ago and still on medications. My psychiatrist prescribes me Venlafaxine, it cost me MYR8 per tablet (150mg). My condition is now manageable.

Hi guys.. Sorry for the late reply. I went to see psychiatrist already at Gleneagles intan medical centre. She gave me a referral letter to see psychologist for the tests to confirm weather i really have ADHD / dyspraxia or not. She also recomended me to take medicine (Ritalin LA 20mg) in order for me to stay focus on my daily tasks. The consultation fee + medicine cost me RM500. Consultation 300, medicine 200. Not sure weather its expensive or not :\
