I've stopped going to the gym a few months back because of my schedule and bought myself a single 10kg dumbbell with adjustable weights.

At the moment I'm doing Overhead Extension (Standing), Shoulder Press (Standing) and Squats with a 5kg weight. Can't manage more for Overhead Extension but can manage full 10kg for the other 2 excercise. Still need to strengthen my triceps more, I think.

I've watched some single dumbbell workout videos by both male and female trainers and there are so many different routines. So I would like to ask for some advice and feedback. What would you suggest for a balance of strength and endurance? I'm female by the way.

get another dumbbell and you will have a more completed routine easily

with alot more selections of exercise too, you won't get boring fast in that way
