both offer similar benifits, both are energy drinks. gatorade has their own research lab to test effects of gatorade on athletes, i dont think 100plus does the same kind of research.
the nutritional values are somewhat different aswell. more info at http://www.100plus.com.my http://gatorade.com/ or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gatorade if you dont want to spend time looking for info on gatorade's official website eta: i guess you could say, 100+ = good petroleum, gatorade = premium petrol. i doubt you'd actually notice any real difference unless you're performing at a very high level. I dont like the taste of them. Only one i liked was this Jepun brand one...can't read Jepun but it is blue, green, silver and white in colour. Not that I drink them for after workout replenishing, too expensive, just drink for taste, like a soft drink.

QUOTE(avantgardeo @ Jun 30 2006, 12:22 PM) That's sponsorship... marketing la... Gatorade is just like Lucozade, Red Bull etc. It rehydrates the body. yeap, it's for marketing purposes...players holding and drinking Gatorade in the middle of games...best to drink isotonic drinks for faster rehydration and recovery..100plus, isomax, what else are there in the market? |

useful info on how to keep yourself hydrated and what you need to do it
http://www.disen.org/nutrition/pages-to-edit/fluids.htm you can pretty much make your own isotonic, hypertonic or hypotonic with easily available ingredients. eta: redbull IS NOT A SPORTS DRINK, it isnt the same as gatorade or other sports drinks. redbull is an ENERGY DRINK, it simply pumps you full of sugar, taurine and caffiene.
