How much is it to put zinc sheet below roof for 220 dsl house?
A guy quoted me 10k. Cannot be expected right?

news update:

zinc sheet come in a roll of 3 ft x 65ft. one dsl need 7-8 roll. hardware selling 160 per roll.

remove tiles and lay zinc sheet, if water leak the water will fall follow the slope and will not collect at zinc sheet since it's lay sloping.

prevent thief since it's another step to cut and open up the zinc. not all thiefs are well equiped. lol

indon renovator charging me labour rm5000 after nego. i think reasonable. since they need to open up old tiles, lay zinc and cover with tiles back. material include zinc sheet, new timber and roof tiles for roof if the old one is worn.
