Where traveling is concern and size and weight comes into one of the main factors of picking up the camera and bringing it everywhere, I would recomend the Lumix DMC-GM1!
Priced about RM2.5k+/- Reasons why the GM1? 1) Full Micro 4/3 Sensor (Same amazing sensor as the GX7) 2) Micro 4/3 lenses are small, light (Compared to APS-C sensors) and perform amazingly. (Currently GM1 is the smallest interchangeable mirrorless lens camera available, and the kit lens is also the smallest zoom lens available!) 3) Wifi feature let's you control the camera wirelessly so that you can still be in the photos when you travel I believe it should be in Malaysia reaaaally soon This post has been edited by aaronoid: Dec 20 2013, 09:14 AM |

For travel pic, i think a Lumix LX 7 or Canon S115 can do the job nicely jor. the only disadvantages is that you can zoom far.
