Hi friend, where can I find Alen products in Penang? I would like to know more about it and get one for my home. Ever since I bought a new "Mini Tech" from super8, it is not working good enough, may be my the air purifier is small.

Anyway, I have a very bad experience with Super8 warranty claim:

Symptom: Sudden bad smell from Super8 Mini Tech after 6 months used
Claim Warranty: It took more than 1 month and 2 weeks to get a new replacement unit.

My assumption: Super8 warranty claim SUCKS!
