Apparently, at X time, you will get 10ms to Singapore and when you check server location, server is at Singapore.

Then at Y time, the same server will be located at US New York, resulting in 100ms. not sure what is wrong with their routing.

1.23Gb patch. and the game a lot of changes. Chat colours changed. Game graphic macam got tweaked as well
