Checked your Origin if the game is all updated, and GPU drivers? This only happens to me when there is something 'blocking' the game from starting, which is either game not updated or GPU drivers are required to be updated to certain version.

Have you tried switching on V-Sync? if it is on, switch off, if off, switch on.

+1 though I now run GTX460 (for a year+ now), previously using ATI on the laptop - no problems also.

I'd prefer if they fix IRNV and Thermal sights, upon spawn, your sights will not work unless you switch weapons. Stupid shit, each time it happens and you suddenly spawn in middle of LoS, you mati la cannot use the sights properly

Btw, anyone not able to find servers? I can only see like 10 servers. All China servers. wtf.
