 Your Computer Has been Infected at System Tray, Help

Hi, my computer suddenly has a red x icon on the system tray, and it pops up whenever i start windows. it says my computer might have been infected with spyware/adware. And then,the worst thing is, my task manager is disabled !!!!
I tried using spy bot n destroy,windows malicious software removal and lava soft adware removal...but all the scans found nothing....REALLY NEED HELP URGENT...
