Last time I used to work like you, but my superior didnt appreciate my efforts. They kept to say that i am not efficient, cant finish paper work even i work longer hours. I need guideline from them,I need their advice If i did mistake.They told me that i should notice my mistake Before somebody tell me. I work like in hell.
