Its just some of the fans is being too soft, yes, Allen may be a squad player, and wit the absence of Gerrard, he is the best replacement we have in our entire squad.
World class ? no where near it, Great? no where neat it too, Good? yes sometimes he is good.

As for pass accuracy and completion, he had impressive rating, but its just the statistic, fact is most of the passing is more to sideways, and back passing. But I don't blame him, because he had been played too behind, and that's his role recycle the ball into our possession and passing sideways to look for a weak point to attack.

Yes, we definitely need a world class central midfielder, and not necessary to ditch Allen off, he could be an useful backup, and he could be sub in to hold the possession whenever we are leading.

The problem with Moses is his attitude and desire to win, he seems to slack off most of the time, whenever he is at the left wing, and the right wing is leading the attack, he will jog from left side to the opponent penalty box instead of sprinting.

Other than that, he lack the desire to track back, he always have the thought of being a forward doesn't have the responsibility to defend. BR certainly fancy hardworking players that able to do both offence and defense.

If he change his attitude and gameplay, he would be a good backup for us, and even regular first team player. But I don't really think it would happen.

Agree, no offence here, when Gerrard play, all of them seems to became less creative, they doesn't unleash their creativeness, instead they keep on pass to Gerrard to make the move.
When Gerrard injured, we can look at both Allen and Hendo leading some creative move by themselves.
