there is a group of Liverpool grandfather here who like to post lenghty post, surely its informative....
then come a storm where these grandfather move away from posting at Lowyat and gather at myrawk... i think its johnkor or something.....he is very sad till today not post anything more..... |

I think that's a common conflict between the men in suits and the manager/coach. Managers/coaches want the best deal possible for their players - sometimes this includes lowering the pay to incite ambition and hunger from the players. But the man in suits look at players as business assets and throw money at them in hoping to rebuff other club's interests.

It is why he's suggesting that contracts should be incentive based to young players have to continue to improve and perform. He isn't suggesting that we are the only club who should do this. |

Seems like even AVB doesnt want Eriksen. Why a lot of top manager doesnt want him? He looks good and one of the brightest of all the 7 big signings of Spurs. It surprised me actually... When he left 1 year contract and up for grab, no one bother to put in effort to sign him either...it surprised me really.. |

Why cant they just give credit to the so called underperforming players like "Henderson, Allen, Sterling & Flangan" ?? Just by the video on our pressing of Spurs Sterling was like on steroids...
