yea....cause i've purchase some laptops from him and so far so good..but this one really drag me till i lost my patience....

Date of transaction: Way back in February up till today.

Details of the complaint :

So, I've given him my patience from February up till today December 18, and still no hope in see-ing my refund, I have no choice but to post this dispute thread. I've bought a few laptops from him and normally it's fast and smooth going but this particular laptop has dragged me for far too long.

Evidence of Purchase and conversation between me and him:
He contacted me via whatsapp and inform me on the price + shipping charges. I paid a deposit of RM500 along with the rest of the payment, RM3939 as proven below. The image is gone from my phone as I've deleted it but I asked if he received it and he acknowledge it and it's a proof I've paid him (More evidence below)

Moving on, on March I asked for the ETA of the laptop, he told me coming soon and ETA is in a week. (In the conversation, i was getting another laptop from him). End up, I did not receive anything at all.

Month of April, I requested to cancel order but he told me he can't cancel as it's paid to Asus already. Then drag for a week more, I asked for refund as it's been 2 months already. he told me they are refreshing the G55 with new specs and told me to wait and promised ETA in few weeks time. Then completely no news until May and yet still no news. By June he told me he's going to cancel order as Asus have dragged too long. I've another proof in these image that shows I've paid the RM3939 to him. July he told me it's passed the P.O expiry date and He's waiting for their confirmation.

From July 28 up till today, I've constantly ask him on confirmation for the Asus he told me still pending, impossible a big company will hold our money for that long right? And he keep disappearing or giving me lousy excuses after disappearing for so many days. I've asked to replace with another laptop / tablet, he keep telling me out of stock and what not. Until november/december, I asked him to booked one unit of trio for me when it release and I even contacted him the moment i saw the official release date from Asus Malaysia facebook and inform him immedietly but few days later he told me no stock. After the last image, I've asked once or twice and he ignore me for a few days. I've waited for this one small product or nearly a year and he can't even give me a proper answer. I even requested for a contact so I can personally asked Asus Malaysia regarding this issue. It's outrageous for such delay.

Yeah this seller devour is quite popular already, will never deal with him again in the future & I hope people who want to deal with him will think twice. He claim to have excellent after sale service when I bought from him before but when I need to RMA my laptop, he ask me to do it myself. This is not really a dispute issue, more of an bad after sale service but its worth sharing here I think to help other forumers to decide. In the end I decided to just use taxi & do it myself as its a much faster option that wasting time through him.
