im talking about IRCnet and EFnet servers
we do not have Server bots.

as for the WEBChat (server bots) its Founder (highest), SOp, AOp and VOp
as for IRCnet and EFnet is the Botnet system (usually we attack with netflood, dns and ctcp ping flood with our botnet)
Botnet system highest is +n, followed by +m and +o for regular access. +mnopfx90B is can consider as "admin" for the botnet.
