the term "Driving carefully" is subjective to everyone. Hope all drivers knows the limits of their current condition (eyes/reflex/alertness) at any time and drive accordingly to ensure safe journey. The 90 km/h or 110 km/h limit is useless if oneself is drowsy.

exactly.when i travel balik kampung i cant speed much at night bcos of shorter vision compare to day time.
