Where in his post did he mention its original? It was stated as 'high quality replica' blink.gif

At least he's letting people know its a replica, so it's not a scam really. tongue.gif

edit : It seems it's a bit misleading after reading it again, sweat.gif . My mistake doh.gif Quote " GET ORIGINAL QUALITY HERE ON ORIGINAL OUTLET " . If it was original, he would have mentioned Get Original item or products instead of 'quality'

Very smart of him to use those words wink.gif

bros can enlighten me with hairline scratches on almost all glass protectors u can find? Since most glass protector can be scratchproof when it comes to knife and all but they still can be scratched even by dust?
*
My Glastimate is still standing strong with only 1 visible hairline scratch from cleaning it with a used rag sweat.gif

I've got a very fine hairline scratch on mine (2 actually), but considering my working environment , armorz is considered good. Tried to take pictures of it but it wont show up in the image.

Usually it takes sand particles to make the hairline scratch. Dust will not scratch glass. That's why I'm looking for a sapphire SP since it's harder than glass (albeit more brittle). The only thing that can scratch sapphire is diamond.
*
Sapphire can be scratched by sand too unforunately... Just scuff your sapphire watch on a concrete wall and i guarantee it will scratch sweat.gif

Learnt it the hard way.. doh.gif

Sure your's is sapphire  smile.gif ? Because I don't see any scratches on my watch even after drops on the tarmac or scrapes on walls.

So what's next for SP? Diamonds perhaps?  sweat.gif
*
Yup. It's not one of those limited edition dora the explorer watches if ur wondering laugh.gif

Just scuff it on a granite wall, u'll be suprised at how easily it scratches just with the right material nod.gif

Note that the wall was not painted.

Dropping it on tarmac? I shattered my sapphire glass immediately on impact with the tiled floor.... Either you're using a Gshock with sapphire glass or just super lucky shocking.gif

Since November biggrin.gif

From the pics, Armorz looks thinner than Siege blink.gif

Looks like Armorz has that logo branding on the glass itself?

Big No-no for me then... Could've put it lower near the home button instead of on the screen itself...

Anyone with Glass SPs tried adding another layer of cheap SP to "protect the glass SP"? I find that sometimes it's hard to swipe around so I was thinking of adding another layer of Anti-Glare SP on it. And I also need to replace my back SP. Just wondering.
*
Why not just do without the glass screen protector and use a matte one straight? tongue.gif

Whole point of using a glass screen protector is to protect the screen without degrading clarity biggrin.gif

What brand are u using for the glass screen protector? I've no problems swiping on my Siege . Heck, I believe its even smoother than the screen itself! sweat.gif

Mind giving a brief review of your siege?
*
Sure, Anything in particular u need to know?

For me, selling point is the smoothness and rounded edges of the glass, really stands in bright light thumbup.gif . Cut is exact, theres probably only 0.1mm gap between home button and screen protector home-button cutout.

So far i've been using since November. Since then, i've switched 5S 2 times. This being my 3rd unit from DiGi. So u can imagine how many times I removed and re-applied the screen protector ( note that I removed it A LOT to get absolutely no dust and perfect alignment on each install )

Surprised to see the adhesive still held up sweat.gif

Only got a few hairline scratches on it from using an old rag to clean the screen.

Using my phone with Spigen Ultra Hybrid, Perfect match thumbup.gif

Switched iphone 5S twice?  Is it becoz of the rattling sound?

Great to know about your SP... I also looking for tempered glass sp..
*
First issue was dead pixels, claimed warranty and realised DiGi gives refurbished units even though the unit is a week old . 2nd unit had the worst screen ever with crappy colors and interlacing. 3rd unit now has less interlacing but still bad. Unfortunately I cannot claim anymore as there is a limit to how many times u can claim when the phone is still working according to DiGi. doh.gif

Also, i noticed all refurbished units of 5S has interlaced screen. Current unit has a really plastic 'click' on home button compared to previous one..

Just my luck I guess doh.gif

Now u make me worried a bit..  I never thought iphone can get dead pixels...  time to look look look at the screen..

oh ya, where you bought your siege?
*
Got my Siege from bro dino89 here biggrin.gif

Really excellent service and packaging from him smile.gif

I've given up in arguing with DiGi, as the 3rd replacement I called Apple then got it replaced.. DiGi Denied replacement at first since they see it as a non-issue .

Anyone have had any experience with both Siege and Armorz extreme lite?

Which one is more preferred?

Thinking of trying out the Armorz, but there's only one worry : the Armorz logo, is it even noticeable with the screen on, watching a movie for example.

I'm very picky with what's on the screen as I tend to watch movies directly on the phone for hours , any watermark will just ruin the supposedly beautiful 'retina' display.

Comments are highly appreciated smile.gif tq

if u dont mine me reply... i personally think Armorz is currently the smoother. I never bought one but one if our customer using it and we help her replace with Armorz. She used like 3 weeks only and we tried comparing with our 1.5month old Armorz, which is smoother.
*
Alright! thanks for the reply, appreciate it very much .

My mind is set then, will be getting an armorz after i've received my replacement unit and verify its satisfactory sweat.gif

if u plan to use long term.. u can even consider sapphire glass... hehe.. 1 time investment. scratch proof against most objects except diamond.

Might consider it but installing it would be nervewrecking knowing the price sweat.gif .
