0.4MM still able to work well, but you will feel the glass, but still work pretty well,
When i just get my 5s, i use SGP glast.R SLIM (0.4MM)

GLASS is easier than film SP, but more risky,
sensitivity? sure no affect XD
and smooth like baby ass, this is why we prefer use glass =)

Because if film, you can keep apply until you syok,
Glass is "one-shot" applied,
but if you pro enough you can pull it out re-applied till you syok too(which is not recommended).
But i dont know apply film SP, but glass SP really easy,
but just risky
Because if when you wanna re-apply glass SP, WRONG-FORCE can causes the glass to break too !
