I use to claim my linear ex from spigen because the case loose and im not using paypal that time, they sent me new cases within 2 weeks

I using their customer service and sent video to prove it
I bought three ultra hybrid, all fine when received but after using 2 months got scratches (except my clear ultra hybrid still awesome) and my tough armor also got many scratches at the frame

Jalan2 today then went to switch and bought neo hybrid

The frame look alike metal but feel pastic

turn yellowish , my friend ultra hybrid turn greenish due to his bag
scratch not as much as previous version of black ultra hybrid
but i really love this case
i have spigen ultra hybrid (clear and cafe brown) , tough armor (gold), linear ex (red and pink), linear ex slim metal ( black)
all original
spigen case have problem with scratch but i must say it have better lay on table to be compare with my element case solace and red alert case (no lay on table feature at all)
