What is ur workout routine ?
What day, u train which part ?

Eg. Monday - chest & back ??
Tuesday - ?
Wednesday - rest ?
Thursday - ?
Friday -
Saturday -
Sunday -

I know there about members workout journal, but I wan to know the body part that mainly train...

Monday - chest & biceps
Tuesday - badminton
Wednesday - back & triceps
Thursday - badminton
Friday - legs (throw in shoulder or abs sometimes)
Saturday - rest
Sunday - badminton
