Most of those steam sales are not recommended as those are already outdated and very little wants to trade for it anymore. Of course if you really like that set and havent own it yet, then buy it for your own collection. But you can try comparing with steam community market first before purchasing.

Cant convert from steam credit. Only option is to buy items from steam store with that credit and sell it to users banking the payment into your local bank. You can either buy games or cosmetic items... biggrin.gif
