The kinetic gem for CM Impatient Maiden only can be only seen for a short while... Not worth it to me.. I got it for 5 keys and sold it for 10 USD after that...

To be honest, that website no longer accurate for the unusual couriers since the diretide patch where they introduce socket gems.. Best to compare price in Dota2lounge and steam community market

Hmm... Its a good idea but it require dedication and time to make it as accurate as possible. Cause market price may fluctuate every day. We could create an excel list here and update the price. However I dont think I have that much time to compile. Maybe someone could do that and we can try to update it weekly or something. Maybe make it password protected and only those senior traders are able to update.

Those sets which are not immortal will always have a chance for better sets/couriers in the future to overtake them.

So buy whichever you like and dont keep stock. Unless you can trade it off within few days. Traders dont keep stocks unless the price are already stable.

Hard to predict... It really based on supply and demand... Unless you are rich enough to manipulate the market by buying whole bunch of the same item and force the price to increase...
