the rarity doesn't matter. most important is whether your items are clean or not (for higher level items like dc hook, arcana, etc all need clean). and no inscribed, immortals, auspicious, frozen.

i find the moonlight very distracting especially when I'm safe laning (both dire and radiant) and come close to the edge of the map.
